It watches your stock
AIP tracks every part against its minimum and maximum levels and raises a red or amber flag the moment something runs low — so nothing hits zero by surprise. You load your parts list once (any spreadsheet; AIP maps the columns), and the agents take it from there.
It sources the exact part and checks the live price
When something needs buying, AIP matches the exact part and spec, then verifies a current supplier price before you order — never a stale number. For niche parts whose price only lives in a downloadable PDF price list, deep search opens the catalogue and reads the exact figure. It also checks each quote against your last paid price, so price creep gets caught.
It raises the purchase order — you approve
AIP drafts the PO with the right quantity (rounded to the supplier's minimum order and pack sizes) and the current price, and writes the supplier email. You review and approve. No order is ever sent without your sign-off — unless you switch on autopilot for small, safe reorders within limits you set.
It tracks the delivery and chases the late ones
Every order is tracked against its promised date. When a supplier's confirmation or dispatch email comes back, AIP reads the tracking details off it automatically. If a delivery runs late, AIP drafts and sends a firm, polite follow-up — and keeps chasing until it's resolved.
It proves the savings — and keeps finding more
AIP reports the money and time it saved you in a savings statement (with a date range, a versus-last-period trend and a projection), and Price Watch keeps re-checking the market for the parts you stock — flagging the moment a cheaper source beats what you're paying. You also get spend analytics, demand forecasting and a delivery calendar, and you can simply ask AIP plain-English questions about your own data.
